Which Lumo is this? Lumo at lumophotos.com is a real estate photo app for iPhone. It isn't related to other products named Lumo, such as Proton's Lumo AI assistant.

Who it's for

Agents who photograph their own listings, rentals and relists on an iPhone, instead of booking a photographer for every one. No photographer to book, no desktop software, no sign-up.

What it does

  • Brighter, truer photos. Dark rooms brightened, shadows lifted and bright windows balanced, each photo ready in under 30 seconds.
  • Virtual staging. Furnish empty rooms in Modern, Traditional or Minimalist style. Staged photos and new skies export with a "Virtually Staged" label by default.
  • Exteriors and twilight. Choose Bright Day, Golden Hour or Twilight for exterior photos.
  • Sizes for every destination. MLS (3:2), listing sites (4:3), square and portrait posts, and Stories. Save to Photos or share from your iPhone.
  • Your listing in one place. Agent branding on exports (Pro), a PDF listing report, and a draft MLS description from the details you enter.

How Lumo uses AI

Lumo edits photos with AI image models, and it's designed to keep the room as shot: no moved walls, swapped fixtures or rooms made to look bigger. Review every photo before you list it, and follow your MLS's and your state's rules on edited and virtually staged photos. The MLS photo editor page summarizes those rules.

Price

You can try Lumo free. Lumo Pro is $29.99 a month or $239.99 a year, billed through your Apple Account and canceled anytime in your Apple Account settings. See pricing.

Who makes it

Lumo is made by Aadhrik Kuila, an independent developer in New York City. Photos you enhance are processed by Lumo's server and OpenAI; the Privacy Policy explains what's collected and why.
